Issues in Teacher Education (ITE) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice yearly by the California Council on Teacher Education (CCTE). The journal publishes original manuscripts focusing on topics, concerns, and methodologies for improving the quality of teacher education broadly defined to include pre-service preparation, the induction years, and the professional development of career teachers.
