CABTE Institute at CCTE Fall 2019 Conference

The California Association for Bilingual Teacher Education (CABTE) will hold a one-day Institute on the final day of the CCTE Fall 2019 Conference (October 19) around the theme “Developing Emergent Bilinguals’ Language and Biliteracy Through Social-Emotional Learning and Socio-Cultural Competence When the Teacher Doesn’t Speak the Students’ Home Language.” The program will include a keynote speaker and three presentation/discussion sessions. Anyone who is registered for the full CCTE Conference may attend the CABTE Institute as part of that overall registration. For others registration is available for a half-day (the morning) for $50 and all-day (including a buffet lunch) for $150.
